Our Story

Avy+Bells was created out of therapy. I was in trauma healing therapy after my husband and children's father passed away from colon cancer. It happened so fast after his diagnosis and emergency surgery we only had a week left with him. He was 48. Two weeks later we lost my father-in-law to the same cancer. I had lost all hope and part of me also died. I needed help and started therapy.

The only thing that kept me going was my three children. My twin girls saw and felt my sadness and would help me by picking out my outfits daily. This encouraged and motivated me to not stick in the sadness but to get up and live. My girls reminded me of my passion for fashion. Looking and feeling good for myself. Do the things that you are too afraid to do. Life is too short and not to take it for granted.

My mission is to help other woman find joy in getting ready and taking care of themselves. Providing quality and handpicked styles that are on trend. Adding pieces to your inventory that are neutrals and easy styles that make it easier to get ready.
